How do I receive a VikingWeb password?
If you have not received your VikingWeb login information from the Office of Admissions after 2 to 3 days of completing your application, you can contact Admissions at email@example.com.
If you know your Berry ID number, but have forgotten your password, enter the ID at the top right of the page. Do NOT use your e-mail username (i.e., jsmith or john.smith). Next, click the question mark button in the password field. A randomly generated string of characters will be sent to the email address associated with your VikingWeb account.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folders to ensure that the email is not located there. Another thing to consider is the email may have been routed to one of your old email accounts. To update your email address on file, email the Office of Admissions at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, date of birth, and the email address you would prefer to have on file for official correspondence at Berry.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you request a new password or other information from Berry, your email provider may have routed this information to your spam folder. Please check this folder for correspondence and mark all e-mails as "Not Spam" to help prevent further problems.
