Dramatic writing in British Isles from 1575 through 1642, centering on selected aspects of the genres of comedy, tragedy, history and romance. While topics and authors vary, Shakespeare???s plays remain a central focus. Topic may vary; may be repeated for elective credit in the major if topic changes. PR: any 200-level ENG course.
