Berry College staff technicians do not work on personally-owned computers. The Technical Support Desk can assist any Berry user with basic troubleshooting.
For more complex issues, the BITS Crew is available to assist Berry students with Windows software issues such as virus removal and data backup. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 706-238-5871 to make an appointment with one of our technicians. BITS Crew is located in the Memorial Library 106 - hours vary by semester, but we are generally open for walk-in support Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
