714. Leadership in Diverse Schools 3-0-3
Exploration of the cultural, social, pedagogical and legal issues of working in diverse school environments and school settings through discussion, readings, panal presentations and case studies. Examination of how K-12 school settings changing nature and the increasing change in student demographics impacts the knowledge, ethics and skills of school leaders to address the needs of students to meet on-going rigorous standards. Identifcation and analysis of the knowledge, strategies, practices and attitudes of school leaders in school-based situations which create school environments that support the success of all students.
