COM 316. Filmmaking I 2-2-3
Introduces students to the aesthetics and craft of digital cinematography through instruction and hands-on lab sessions. Focus is on the pre-production and production process of planning and shooting digital films, including lighting, set design, and directing. Students will spend significant time shooting film outside of class. Projects begun in Filmmaking I will be completed in Filmmaking II. Laboratory course. Materials fee. PR: COM 270.
